3. Avoid Constant Snacking: Eating or sipping cold sugary treats over several hours gives bacteria more time to do damage.

4. Try Less Sugary Options: Look for sugar-free frozen treats or make homemade fruit popsicles at home using low-acid fruits, such as berries and bananas.

5. Use Toothpaste for Sensitivity: If you’re already experiencing discomfort, a sensitivity toothpaste may help block those nerve signals over time.
